Terms

Podskrift is a web app for transcribing podcast episodes. You can use a free trial (when available), bring your own OpenAI API key, or buy a prepaid pack of transcription minutes.

Credit packs

A credit pack adds prepaid minutes to your account. Minutes do not expire. They are used after any free trial minutes, on audio we actually send for transcription. Buying a pack does not include an OpenAI API key — transcription still runs through Podskrift on our key, billed against your paid balance.

Refunds

Prepaid packs are refundable on request within 14 days for unused minutes. Minutes already used for transcription are not refundable (they have already been spent on OpenAI). Contact us via the link below and we will refund the unused portion.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We store a purchase record (session id, amount, minutes) — never your full card number.
